Do not send a private recording, transcript or AI coaching response unless it is necessary to investigate the issue and support specifically asks for it.

Response expectations

Beta support will be operated on a reasonable-efforts basis rather than as a guaranteed 24-hour service. Urgent security or privacy concerns should be clearly identified in the subject line.
